We charge no engagement fees, you will only pay a fee on Closing the transaction. The fee will be wired by the Buyer. No additional expenses will be charged.

If you don't receive a formalized offer in term of a Letter of Intent from a credible Buyer in 12 months, you will have the option to terminate our engagement agreement.
